Mr. Chuah is a Director of CNP Group and Silver Ocean Consulting Group, bringing over 17 years of diverse experience in financial advisory and consultancy. He founded CNP in 2014 and has since been instrumental in its growth, specializing in pre- and post-IPO exercises, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions.

With strong expertise in both local and international markets, Mr. Chuah has guided companies seeking to list or already listed on NASDAQ, NYSE American, SGX, and Bursa Malaysia. His ability to navigate the complexities of these exchanges allows him to provide strategic advice that maximizes the value of IPOs and M&A opportunities.

He began his career in an audit firm in Kuala Lumpur, where he handled audit assignments while gaining experience in IPO exercises, financial due diligence, and forensic accounting. He later joined a Singapore-based consulting firm, focusing on fundraising, M&A, and restructuring for public-listed and private companies in Singapore, China, and Malaysia.

Currently, Mr. Chuah also serves as an Independent Director for Mlabs Systems Berhad, Vsolar Group Berhad, Sinaran Advance Group Berhad, and XOX Berhad, all listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
